The Parish Council is a public democratic body and members of the public are encouraged to attend the Council’s meetings.
The meetings are open to the public and press and the first 15 minutes will be reserved, if required, for public comment.

The 2025 APM will be held on the 25th March.
These are community meetings which the Council will organise each year but are not Council meetings as such.
Tenders must be received by the end of business on 14th February 2025.
Invitation to Tender:
Grounds Maintenance Contract 2025- 2028
Cookham Parish Council are offering the opportunity to tender for its Grounds Maintenance Contract.
The duration of any contract will be three years and will commence on 1st April 2025.
Prospective Contractors should ensure that they are completely familiar with the nature and extent of the obligations to be undertaken by them if their tender is accepted. If they would like to visit any of the sites, please contact the Clerk on 01628 522003.
Tenders must be received by the end of business on 14th February 2025.
Tenders either by email or if the prospective contractor has so requested by hard copy in the sealed envelope provided to the Clerk to the address above.
Tender Timescales:
Deadline for raising any queries on the Tenders 31st January 2025
Deadline for return of the Tenders 14th February 2025
Evaluation of Tenders by Cookham Parish Council 17th February – 3rd March 2025
Notification of award decision 5th March 2025
Contract start date 1st April 2025
